Welcome to Goat Head Farms. We are a small, family-owned homestead working hard to provide for our family, as well as producing food, goods, and services that will benefit the local community around us.
We believe that God has brought us to this place at this time for a specific purpose and claim the Bible verse displayed on this page.
Our farm is dedicated to integrating with the local community, caring for the land, plants and animals we steward, and raising future generations who hold the same values. We believe in hard work, honest dealings, and kindness and compassion towards all.

I wish I could say we've been living the homestead life for generations, but the truth is, it is only recently that we moved out of the big city, traded button-down collars and dress shoes for t-shirts and boots, and began the farming lifestyle.
​
The first thing we noticed was that John Denver was wrong. Life on the farm is not laid back. There is always more to do than there is time to do it. We also noticed we had a lot to learn.
​
We've gained a lot of respect for our ancestors, who lived the homestead life without the benefit of all of our modern conveniences. I don't know how they did it.
​
So, our story is just beginning. We're hoping for plenty more chapters from future generations.
